The DHZ U3086A Leg Extension & Leg Curl trains the front and back of the thigh on one dual station. During leg extension the quadriceps do most of the work, during leg curl the hamstrings take over the movement. The muscle group chart marks both areas as primary muscles. Alternating between knee extension and knee flexion enables balanced leg training for muscle growth. Back pad and cushions support a steady seated position. The leg rollers are adjusted to body height; repetitions are performed in a controlled manner without momentum. This makes the machine an ideal addition for isolated thigh training in the gym.
