Abductors, adductors and hip stabilization with the U3021A Abductor & Adductor

The DHZ U3021A Abductor & Adductor combines two exercises for the hips and thighs. When opening the legs, the abductors on the outer hip do the work; when bringing them together, the adductors on the inner thighs take over. The muscle group graphic shows these training areas and supporting hip stabilizers. By switching the direction of movement, both muscle groups can be trained in a targeted way. A suitable starting angle and stable foot positions support controlled execution. The legs are moved against the resistance without momentum and returned slowly. This makes the dual station ideal for muscle building and balanced hip training in the gym.
