Lats, upper back and biceps with the U3012A Lat Pull

The DHZ U3012A Lat Pull trains the lats and upper back muscles through a guided pull from above. The biceps support elbow flexion, while the back muscles pull the upper arms toward the body and control the shoulder blades. The muscle group graphic shows the back as the main area and the biceps as a supporting muscle group. For back training and muscle building, the handle is pulled in front of the head to the upper chest. A steady seated position, stable thighs and a controlled return help perform the movement without momentum. The lat pulldown machine complements strength training for the back and arms in the gym.
